简要介绍：

幼年型复发性呼吸道乳头状瘤病（JORRP）的发病率在全球范围内存在差异，由于我国缺乏广泛适用的指南，JORRP 患者往往无法获得最佳治疗。在美国，有数据表明，儿科患者主要因这种疾病平均每年接受 4 次手术，一生中接受手术总数超过 40 次。人们普遍认为，及时诊断并实施科学合理且有效的干预措施，能够预防 JORRP 病情进展，减轻严重并发症。值得注意的是，目前缺乏用以协调治疗的循证指南，因此有必要规范临床实践，以改善患者的治疗效果。国际小儿耳鼻咽喉科小组于 2020 年发布了指南，旨在改善 JORRP 患者的治疗。然而，该指南主要是针对欧美医疗体系制定的，在我国的适用性面临挑战。为此，我们组建了指南制定工作组，以制定适合中国国情的 JORRP 诊断与治疗指南。该工作组由在 JORRP 患者管理方面具有丰富经验的多学科专家组成，开展了定性和定量研究，进行了两轮德尔菲共识调查，并开展了多项系统评价 / 荟萃分析，针对 12 个临床关注问题提出了 24 条关键建议。我们期望，包括基层医疗医生和负责治疗 JORRP 的专科医生在内的医护人员会发现这些指南很有帮助，指南的应用将转化为该疾病患者治疗效果的改善。
