脐膨出是一种腹壁缺损的先天性畸形，是由于胚胎在6~10周时腹中部脐周腹壁发育缺陷，在脐孔周围发生皮肤、肌肉和筋膜缺损。巨大脐膨出的治疗尚未从小儿外科的角度就保守治疗、手术入路和临床结果达成共识。本文主要针对巨大脐膨出的管理提出共识指导。
