简要介绍：

2024年12月，国家卫生健康委与人力资源社会保障部等4部门联合印发新版《职业病分类和目录》,新增2个职业病类别和2种具体职业病，其中，职业性肌肉骨骼疾病类别中新增腕管综合征（限于长时间腕部重复作业或用力作业的制造业工人）。为实现对职业性腕管综合征的规范诊断，制定GBZ 336—2025《职业性腕管综合征诊断标准》，自2025年8月1日起施行。本标准通过综合分析国际劳工组织及部分国家和地区对职业性腕管综合征的临床研究、职业卫生调查及诊断指南等资料，结合我国相关调查研究结果和标准的可操作性要求，在广泛征求各方意见基础上，对职业性腕管综合征诊断的关键技术作出判定指标。本标准适用于制造业工人长时间从事腕部重复作业或用力作业所致腕管综合征的诊断。
