肺炎支原体肺炎（MPP）是儿童最常见的非典型肺炎，临床表现无特异性。尽管实验室诊断方法多样，但诊断标准尚不统一，可能导致漏诊或过度诊断。目前，重症及难治性 MPP 的发病率呈上升趋势，且临床存在治疗不规范的问题。

为规范我国儿童 MPP 的诊疗，中华医学会儿科学分会呼吸学组、国家呼吸系统疾病临床医学研究中心和《中华儿科杂志》编辑委员会共同组建指南专家组，基于国内外研究成果，制定了《儿童肺炎支原体肺炎诊疗指南（2023 年版）》。
